2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the digital course PopFast sold on https://popfa.st.

3. Product

PopFast is an online course with lifetime access, including video content, downloadable resources, and access to a private community. There is no subscription — payment is made once.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) at the time of purchase. PopFast reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.

5. Order & Payment

Your order is confirmed upon full payment via our secure payment provider (Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email with your access credentials within minutes of payment. If you don't receive it, contact lrzalexandre@gmail.com.

6. Access

Access is personal and non-transferable. It is granted immediately after payment and remains valid for life, as long as https://popfa.st is maintained. PopFast commits to keeping access available for at least 2 years from the date of purchase.

7. Refund Policy

PopFast offers a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following condition: refunds are only eligible if you have completed less than 50% of the course at the time of your request.

If you are not satisfied, email lrzalexandre@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your account email. We will verify your progress and, if eligible, issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.

No refund will be granted if more than 50% of the course has been completed, as this would constitute consumption of the majority of the digital content provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, texts, resources) is the exclusive property of Alexandre Larzilliere. Any reproduction, redistribution, or resale — even partial — is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

9. Disclaimer

PopFast provides quality content but does not guarantee specific results. Testimonials and examples shown are real cases but not representative of average outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

PopFast shall not be liable for indirect damages, temporary platform outages, or cases of force majeure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Montpellier, France, shall have sole jurisdiction.
